I fell in love with dance the day I started at three years old. I grew up dancing competitively and also playing sports like tennis, basketball, and softball. Dance was always my main focus. After high school, I stepped right into teaching dance and choreographing for many studios, finding out that my true passion was in teaching and working with kids. This brought me into coaching tennis. After teaching dance and coaching tennis for a while, I started private tennis lessons, and this is where I discovered the drastic results that can come from one-on-one sessions.
While this was going on in my professional life, I was building a family in my personal life. I am married with four amazing children. This is where I found my other passion: being a mom. After having my second child, I realized something every mom experiences. My body will never be the same again. I started working out a lot more, adjusted my diet, and significantly changed my lifestyle. While I knew my body wouldn't be the same as it was, that didn't mean it wasn't mine.

I grew stronger, healthier, and happier overall. At this point, I stepped into a role as a group fitness instructor, teaching barre class (ballet-based fitness class) primarily. This was when everything changed for my career path. I knew that this was where I was supposed to go. A year later, I got my personal training certification, and a year after that, I became a stretch specialist. I was loving my path as a fitness professional. But there was one thing missing from my vision, and I thought, how can I pull my two worlds together and create something needed in the dance world? Here is the result of my vision, with so much more to come.
