We love Performer Fitness! My daughter has spent part of her summer with Sydnie in Performer Fitness class. She loves going and has enjoyed learning new techniques and exercises to help her improve her strength and flexibility for dance. I’ve also spent time with Sydnie in her adult Barre fitness class. I love that each week is different and challenges me in different ways from my other workouts. She also has created a environment for us in class that is engaging and fun, even when we are pushing ourselves.

As for me I have enjoyed taking the Barre Fitness Classes. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried something new, finding that I enjoy it very much. Sydnie keeps the classes moving, switching up the muscle groups used so that while working hard you can keep pushing yourself the entire time. It’s a great total body workout. I leave the classes feeling proud of what I’ve done.
